Order Processing
New Jersey State Sales Taxes are applicable to all merchandise with the exception of clothing apparel including caps which is calculated during the checkout. All major credit cards are accepted. The Asbury Galleria website utilizes encryption technology to ensure that your information is safe and secure.
Orders will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of order.
Shipping
Shipping will generally be by USPS for domestic orders. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for shipping after the order is processed. International orders are subject to additional document preparation and other shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated during checkout.
Product Availability
We cannot guarantee that all items are available in the size and color being requested. We will contact you to advise if you would like a substitution, cancelation of order or wait until the item is in stock again. Out of Stock items may take up to 3 weeks to process. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is being shipped.
Returns
Unused items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt by Customer. Shipping expenses are not refundable. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced at the expense of Asbury Galleria. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
